REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your Kaya Kalpo saree. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• The original packaging is intact

• You have the original invoice/receipt

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

• Products with missing tags or labels

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

• Blouse pieces that have been unstitched or cut

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 8910753951) or email (kaaya.kalpo@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached

  4. Ship the item to the address provided (customers bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect)

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days


4. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days

• UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days

• Cash on Delivery orders: Bank transfer (please provide bank details)

The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect

• We will arrange for free return pickup

• You will receive a full refund or replacement (your choice)

6. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for free return pickup and ship the correct item at no additional cost.

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant (color, design, etc.), please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may return it as per this policy after delivery.
