At Kaya Kalpo, we are committed to delivering your sarees safely and promptly. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and charges.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched with tracking information.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We ship across India through trusted courier partners:
• Metro Cities (Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad): 5-7 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 7-10 business days
• Remote Areas: 10-15 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are applicable to certain orders, the costs and criteria for the same are mentioned below.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using the link provided or by contacting our customer support on WhatsApp at +91 8910753951.
5. Delivery Attempt & Address Verification
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us, and refund processing will begin as per our Refund Policy (minus shipping costs for COD orders).
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We plan to expand to international shipping soon. Please stay connected with us on social media for updates.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
